Refunds & Returns
Any product ordered from the First Loyalty PLUS Store shall eligible for a refund if the product is not received with 60 days from the date of order, if the product is defective, if the product is significantly different to the description and/or image(s) on the Website, and only if your account with First Loyalty PLUS is in good standing.
Products shall not be eligible for a refund if the product did not arrive due to you providing us with the incorrect delivery information, if you claim that a product is defective but the supplier can prove that it is not defective, the product is as described but you no longer want it, if your account with VacZone is not in good standing, and if the product is returned to the supplier due to your refusal to pay any custom duties.
You may request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details as to why you would like a refund. Such refund request must be submitted to us within 14 days of you receiving the product. Any refund request submitted after 14 days of you receiving the product will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Once your refund request has been investigated and approved, you may choose to either keep the product and receive a partial refund, or return the product at your cost and receive a full refund.
